Less than two weeks ago I listed a home in the Spring Creek area, and it was under contract in 10 days! That’s a good time frame in this area for status change from “active” to “under contract”. I showed the property several times, but also had a broker from elsewhere show it. I consider it a good opportunity when other brokers show properties in this area, because even if their first client isn’t interested at least the broker has the benefit of knowing what the property looks like.
