I had an idea to try something different, and to do so being informative but hopefully objective. We all have different tastes in home styles, features of land, and so on. Maybe you share some of the same likes that I have, but maybe not. What this blog describes are in my opinon the best features, and/or often desired features of my listings. Again, I’m trying to be objective, will be factual with my information, but I will also interject what I ♥ about particular homes. My goal is to bring to your attention these features for you to consider when evaluating homes. However, ultimately the decision is yours whether you like or dislike a specific property.
So, lets start with homes for sale by address number from smallest to to the largest. No preference being shown by the order listed in any way.
Update- SOLD! 1147 Deerfield Dr. Hot Springs– another exceptionally well maintained home. Also offers low maintenance feature of minimal yard work. Last, but by no means least, I ♥ the privacy, and the VIEW!
Update- SOLD! 6018 Meadow Fork Rd. Hot Springs- a gently lived in LOG home. I ♥ the creek flowing through the property which adds something to the ambiance. Versatility to finish basement which is already insulated to whatever use you want or need; septic permit is already approved to allow a 3rd bedroom is strong point.
7180 Meadow Fork Rd. Hot Springs- I ♥ the screened porch off of the master bedroom! I do believe I would spend a lot of time there if this was my home! The jetted tub in the master bathroom… another personal preference at the top of my list! Ease of access year round, and south facing (an often desired feature) are also here.
If you’re looking for a home in the mountains, what features do you like the most, what amenities are most important to you? My inventory is low right now, which means I’ve had some busy times this year! If you don’t see what you’re looking for in any of these homes, then contact me with your wish list, and I’ll start a search to find that special home for you… only in the mountains!
